DestinyTara — AI-Powered Strategic Timing Platform

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of DestinyTara's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
1. Permitted Use
DestinyTara is designed for:
- Personal strategic timing exploration and education
- Business decision-making support (scheduling, timing, planning)
- Professional consulting (with Master tier client management)
- Academic and research purposes related to traditional timing systems
2. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use DestinyTara to:
- Provide medical advice — Do not use timing recommendations as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric guidance
- Make financial guarantees — Do not represent DestinyTara outputs as guaranteed investment, trading, or financial advice
- Misrepresent outputs — Do not market DestinyTara's outputs as guaranteed future outcomes or professional advisory services
- Harass or manipulate — Do not use the platform to target, manipulate, or make unwanted decisions on behalf of others without their consent
- Scrape or reverse-engineer — Do not attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our calculation engine, AI models, or proprietary data
- Resell without authorization — Do not resell API access, chart outputs, or AI responses without a commercial license agreement
- Create competing services — Do not use our platform to build, train, or inform a competing product or service
3. AI Interaction Guidelines
- The AI advisor is an automated system, not a human consultant
- Responses are generated algorithmically and may contain errors
- Do not rely solely on AI outputs for critical life, health, or financial decisions
- Do not attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts from the AI
- Do not submit abusive, harmful, or illegal content through the AI chat
4. Account Responsibility
- One account per person — do not create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or credits
- Do not share your account credentials or OTP codes with others
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at legal@destinytara.com if you suspect unauthorized access
5. Content and Data
- You retain ownership of your personal data (birth details, saved charts, etc.)
- Chart outputs and AI responses are licensed for personal or professional use only
- Shared charts (via social media export) must include DestinyTara attribution
- Do not submit false birth data or impersonate another person
6. Rate Limits and Fair Use
- Each tier has defined credit and calculation limits per month
- Automated or bot-driven requests that exceed normal usage patterns may be throttled
- Excessive API abuse may result in temporary or permanent account suspension
7. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notification via email
- Temporary suspension of account access
- Permanent termination of account without refund
- Legal action if required by applicable law
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.
